Y3 – Y3 is comprised of Laron Mapp, Ronald Yates, and Miguel Gonzalez.  These are three young men that grew up in the RISE Program and have returned to work in the community and provide guidance for many of the youth.  Y3 will provide both educational and recreational activities for both youth and adults.  RISE is very proud of Y3 because we believe it represents exactly what RISE is all about in providing quality programs that assists boys and girls to become responsible men and women.
