- BEAUTY – BEAUTY is RISE’s Program for young women. BEAUTY is designed to provide direction and guidance to young women while providing both recreational and educational activities. Beauty is headed by Tonita R. Clifton. Ms. Clifton is a lifelong RISE member who has returned to provide leadership to many of the young women in the community. Ms. Clifton is a graduate of St. Johns University where she majored in English.
BEAUTY will offer programs in the following areas:
- Dance
- Counseling
- Teenage Pregnancy Prevention
- College Prep
- Life Skills
